Project Information

Chowan County has initiated the preparation of updated Land Use Regulations for the Chowan County planning jurisdiction. Chowan County planning staff will work in concert with Insight Consulting Group to review and consolidate existing ordinances into one document known as the Chowan County Land Use Regulations. These Land Use Regulations will be in a user-friendly format to address development in a coordinated manner throughout Chowan County.
